Ken Maxwell

I am a Certified Appraiser doing conventional and FHA appraisals for over 25 years. I currently do appraisals for Arvest, Citizens and Landmark Banks, Bank of the West & First United just to name a few.  I have been actively involved with Maxwell Real Estate since 1974, when I joined the family business.  Starting as a custom home builder, then moving to selling real estate full time, and later get my Certified Appraiser’s license, I am knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate.

I love being Papa to our precious granddaughters, Chandler and Kennedi and volunteering with my wife at our church Central Church of Christ.  I walk daily, actually twice a day with my Boxer Daphne. I love spending my time at the lake with our girls and my amazing wife of over 50 years, Sandy.
