Sandy was born and grew up in Ada and has lived here most of her life. After spending 10 years in Riverside, Calif. Sandy and Ken decided to move home to raise their only child Holly, in the same small town environment as they grew up in and have never regretted doing that. I am the proud Mimi to Chandler and Kennedi and am very involved in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and my church. I attend Central Church of Christ in Ada. Besides loving selling real estate I love to spend time with my family at the lake. My interests are walking, gardening, cooking and sewing when I have the time. I love my community and really enjoy showing newcomers what Ada has to offer. I am an active member with the Ada Board of Realtors and in the past I have served as President, VicePres., Sec. and State Director with OAR.

Ken has been involved with Maxwell Real Estate since 1974. For many years I was a custom home builder but decided to hang up that hat and sell real estate full time and later get my Certified Appraiser's license. I currently do appraisals for Arvest,Citizens and Landmark Banks, Bank of the West just to name a few. I do conventional and FHA appraisals and have 20+ years experience. At this time I do not actively sell as appraisal's keep me very busy. I am a member of Central Church of Christ and love being Papa to our precious granddaughters, Chandler and Kennedi. I walk daily, actually twice a day with my yellow Lab, Daisy. Sandy and I have been married for 40 years and I love spending my time with her and our girls at the lake.
